We have palm trees for sale both in root ball and in pot
There is a notable difference between the root ball and the pot that will mark, among other things, the optimal time for planting the specimens.
On the one hand, potted palms have gone through a rooting process for several months. This means that most of the specimens can be transplanted, practically, at any time of the year.
On the other hand, when removing the palm trees from the same terrace where they were previously planted, they must be pulled from that place with the appropriate machinery. This process is called root ball. In this case, the process is immediate, that is, the specimens are stolen so that they can be transplanted and planted on the property of the client who requests it. Likewise, the best months in Spain to carry out this root ball palm operation are the months of April, May, June and even July.
It should be noted that transplanting root ball palm trees in the winter months is reckless. This is because the rooting that must take place after planting may not be fruitful, and the specimen may even die.
How to choose the palmera what is best for us to buy?
These fundamental factors must be taken into account
From the green roots we recommend that the decision to choose one specimen or another be taken in consensus with one of our experts. In order to do this, know in detail these 3 fundamental factors for the final choice.

Positive and negative aspects of these 4 specimens
This palm tree offers us a perfect balance between the 3 factors that we have discussed previously. This is because, they are pruned only once a year, the fumigations to be carried out a year are lower than those of other specimens, the red weevil can affect it but there are other specimens that attack them more and, aesthetically, favor obtaining a fantastic balance in many gardens as it provides great shade for the summer.
In fact, it is very common to plant them near swimming pools because of their shade and also in front of the reception of the farms.
Canary Island palm
This specimen is, without a doubt, the most impressive due to its trunk dimensions and palm length. However, among its drawbacks we find that it is the specimen most attacked by the red weevil plague. That is why it is advisable to do at least 5 fumigations a year.
The main advantages of this palm tree is that its sale price is much lower than the previously mentioned specimens and, furthermore, the occasion that the red weevil attacks this species is very rare. For this reason, many clients favor this option. But, it should be noted that the drawbacks are that due to the characteristics of its palms it practically does not shade and that its growth is very fast, being able to grow in some cases more than 1 meter a year.
This palm tree is usually in demand to locate it in properties with little land and distributed anywhere. Likewise, this species is not characterized by having a great spectacularity that the date palm or canariensis may have, but they can be useful to complement spaces in small gardens. Although, they give very little shade, it is true that the red weevil does not attack this species, here is your palm tree sales website.
